How to create a local cell
How to create a local cell
There are several ways. The fastest is to create a support on the Telegram network
that we use because it allows us to go fast. If you use it, we will
recommend to install it also on computer, it is easier to use and more
ergonomic.
1) By Telegram:
> Create a group> Cell name of the place number of the department/municipality/prefecture
For example: Cell Rennes le Château 11
In "Manage the group":
Group type: private
History for new members: visible
Copy the invite link that you'll post to the group and pin at the top
so that it is always visible (right click on the message). Specify "Invitation link
of Cell X: link "
By respecting this format, you help better readability of the whole for whom you
would search by keyword.
As soon as possible, you will add other administrators of the Telegram group to whom you
check the right to name them too. This will allow us to better watch over the
publications that have no place in this thread.
From there, send the invite link to anyone you know is interested. You
can even directly add members if you have their agreement, in "Manage
group ".
Once you have gathered a few people, you can come together, you will us
let us know and we'll give you all the information you need. After which you will be totally
autonomous, but in connection with others.
Please note: the departmental news channels that we have created for you do not
not allow exchanges between you. They are managed by the general coordination of the
department. For the Cells, it is indeed groups and not channels that must be created
for your exchanges.
2) By email: an email address will be created by the department coordinators and
published on the department's info channel, as well as on the solaris-france.org website and the
Telegram channel SOLARIS France.
If you don't see an email, there isn't a department coordinator yet.
In this case, contact us by solarisbr@bol.com.br
You can also propose to coordinate, even temporarily, the channel of the
department, you have to launch the local network from someone.
Creating a cell is essential to create the local mesh with all the members of the
SOLARIS network.
Remember that you will be retrieving email contacts from people who won't
never on Telegram. You will need to create a mailing list to inform them of your
meetings and your collective initiatives and work.
We will provide you with everything you need to manage your network and directory
local.
When you decide to create a local Cell to launch the network.
1 - If it has not been done by anyone before, you must create an email for the department, under
the form closest to: solaris. (department number) @ protonmail.com.
2 - You must then send us this email on solaris.france@protonmail.com, to
that we update the solaris-france.org website with your new contact address
and the Telegram SOLARIS France channel https://t.me/solaris_france.
3 - You then create your local Cell by creating a group on Telegram. A tutorial
precise is available for this on the info channel of your department: SOLARIS (no.
department). From there you can exchange messages on the Telegram group
that you have just created for your Cell. It's up to you to bring people together and
to get to know you.
4 - It is essential that you tell us who the coordinators of your cells are,
same provisional. We need it to provide them with useful tools and information. He us
therefore need their full names, their nickname on Telegram and their contact details that you
send to solaris.france@protonmail.com, not Telegram.
5 - We will then give you all the useful information for the autonomy of your Cells.
wearing :
- Do not confuse a Telegram "channel" with a Telegram "group". The channel informs
at the department or regional level, but no exchanges are possible. the
Telegram group is what you must create to exchange within your Cells.
- It is strongly recommended to create an email for each cell, everyone
not having access to Telegram. These addresses will then be indicated, with the links
invitation of each cell on your departmental Telegram channel.
- Make sure that discussions about your group only include information that is useful for
the organization, information and development of your SOLARIS Unit. No space
for general information, nor for gossip. This would affect the readability of the group and
would put off users.
- In order to facilitate the task of the admins and coordinators of the Telegram cell-group, I
invites you to contact each newcomer by private message asking them for their
municipality, its telephone number and its email address to integrate it into the list of
diffusion. (This is where the most important communications will be made).
- Appoint several administrators of the Telegram group in order to ensure
posts and kick out trolls and other fake pass sellers.
- You have to go quickly and calmly. So we don't have time to do
the administration: no minutes of meetings, no heavy organization, nothing that
could slow down the development of your SOLARIS network.
- Everything is based on common sense to organize oneself according to local particularities. We
offer guidelines to save time, but you will adapt by
depending on your locality.
- To upgrade newcomers, it is recommended that they listen to this
audio presentation, which presents the why and how of the SOLARIS network:
